Tasting Notes
Colour
Golden, sunlit amber.
Nose
Aromas of rich sherry wood with dark fruit and nut chocolate, punctuated by delicate spice, crisp green apple and malty biscuit, and a faint trace of peat smoke.
Palate
Vibrant forest and bramble fruits mingle with creamy Sherry wood, honey-roasted nuts, toasted malt and buttery toffee, with a lingering layer of sweet smoke that coats the tongue.
Finish
Long and satisfying, the finish blends rich black and red berries with sweet toffee apple, dark chocolate and nutty oak, finishing with a delicate wisp of bonfire smoke.
