Palate
Silky malt enveloped in honeyed sweetness with vanilla and soft toffee. Bright citrus peel and green apple lift the mid-palate, while a whisper of peat lends restrained smoke. Spiced oak and a touch of sherry fruit deepen the finish, leaving a clean, warm, lightly smoky echo.
Finish
Medium-length finish of gentle peat smoke, toasted malt and vanilla, fading to bright orchard fruit and subtle spice, ending in a warm oak glow.
