Colour
Golden amber with a warm honey glow and a hint of sunlit copper.
Nose
Sweet vanilla and honey mingle with cured meats, with hints of apricot, sugared almond and lemon, all under a beautiful, subtle tobacco note.
Palate
Cracked black pepper sharpens a sweet core of strawberry and orange, with aniseed and bonfire embers. With a splash of water, slow-cooked apple and pear unfold alongside tangy grapefruit, a whisper of cocoa powder and lingering cigar smoke.
Finish
Seriously smoky and spicy to the end, with lingering tobacco and cured meat giving way to sweet vanilla, honey and apricot.
