Certified Organic from start to finish, meeting rigorous UK Soil Association standards for growing the ingredients, distillation, maturation and bottling. Unique on launch in 2006, it is still very rare today.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden amber with a warm copper glow.
Nose
Delightfully sweet and malty from the first whiff, with vanilla, toffee and banana emerging. With time and a touch of water it stays fresh and malty, revealing deeper hints of coffee and cocoa. Vanilla returns, and a citrus note—especially lemon—brightens the bouquet with a lively, fruit-forward lift.
Palate
Creamy pepper and sweet fruit, especially ripe bananas. With time and water it becomes a smooth, mellow body, an exotic carnival of chilli spice and tropical fruit flavours, balanced with creaminess and a dark chocolate edge.
Finish
Silky and long, the finish lingers with creamy sweetness and a gentle chilli-spice warmth, fading into a cocoa-dusted echo of chocolate that leaves a refined, lasting impression.
