Tasting Notes
Colour
Bright golden straw with warm amber highlights.
Nose
Fresh cereals mingle with barley sugar, honey and baked biscuits, rounded by soft toffee and vanillin oak.
Palate
Barley and biscuity malt, intertwined with candied peels, melon and a hint of ginger spice.
Finish
Mellow golden barley lingers with freshly baked shortbread, dried apricot and old-fashioned toffee, weaving in white chocolate and vanilla-led spices.
