Colour
Deep amber-gold with a coppery mahogany edge, a warm, luminescent glow.
Nose
Opulent sherry-laced aromas envelope toasted malt with a gentle kiss of peat. Dried fig and raisin mingle with orange zest, toffee and vanilla, while leather, spice, and polished oak provide a refined, tobacco-dusted depth.
Palate
Silky, well-balanced palate where gentle peat meets luscious sherry sweetness. Dried fig and raisin unfold beside orange zest, dark chocolate and toasted oak. Leather, espresso and spice emerge, with a delicate smoke lingering, supported by refined tannins and a long, warming finish.
Finish
Long and elegant, the finish releases dark fruit, orange zest, and treacle, anchored by a subtle, honeyed smoke. Oak-spice—clove and pepper—lingers as the sherry sweetness fades to a warm, polished glow, leaving a refined, lasting echo.
