Colour

Nose

Intricate peat smoke rides atop a rich sherry sweetness, opening to dried figs and orange zest. Ripe apple and honeyed vanilla mingle with toffee and polished oak, while a whisper of tobacco, leather and spice adds refined depth to the malt.

Palate

On the palate, a refined fusion of gentle peat and malt, lifted by sherry-cask richness. Dried fig, prune and raisin swirl with toffee, cocoa and vanilla, while toasted oak provides structure. Creamy texture gives a velvety mouthfeel, with spice notes of clove and nutmeg and a long, softly peated finish.

Finish

Long, refined finish with subtle peat smoke mingling with rich sherry fruit, orange zest and dark chocolate. Spiced oak and a hint of tobacco linger, softly fading into a warm, elegant glow.
