Tasting Notes
Colour
Dark amber with burnished copper highlights and a mahogany glow.
Nose
Aromas bloom with sun-dried sultanas and dark plum, folded into polished oak and a whisper of espresso. Sherry sweetness coats vanilla and hazelnut, while spice threads—cinnamon, clove—linger with a subtle leather note.
Palate
Silky and luxuriant on the palate, with prune, fig and raisin in a toffee-draped core of dark chocolate. Sherry hints deliver orange zest and baking spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—supported by velvet oak. A gentle sweetness meets toasty bitterness, finishing long, warm, and wonderfully balanced.
Finish
Long, velvety finish with warm sherry sweetness, mingling with fig, almond and dark chocolate. Spices wrap the oak, tapering to a soft, smoky warmth that lingers with notes of coffee and burnt sugar.
