Colour
Deep mahogany amber with a velvety ruby-gold glow.
Nose
Dark jammy fruit on the nose—prune, fig and blackberry—driven by cocoa and caramel toffee. An Oloroso sherry lift adds velvety oak spice, with hints of raisin and nut, inviting a rich, dessert-like aroma.
Palate
Silky, richly sherried on the palate, it delivers dark jammy fruit—prune, fig, blackberry—alongside caramelised demerara sugar and cocoa. Subtle oak spice lingers, leaving a dessert-like sweetness and a warming, cocoa-drenched finish.
Finish
Silky, dessert-long finish of dark jammy fruit, caramelized sugar and cocoa. Oloroso sherry imparts dried fig and prune, while warming spice and velvety oak linger, fading into a rich, cocoa-dusted finale.
