Colour

Nose

Palate

Silky and full-bodied on the palate, with honeyed toffee and rich dried fruit—raisin, fig and prune—carrying a subtle sherry sweetness. Dark chocolate, toasted almond and a whisper of oak emerge, while cinnamon and clove spice adds warmth. Creamy, velvety texture with a balanced, lingering finish of fruitcake, cocoa and a gentle smokiness.

Finish

Silky, medium-long finish with a warm kiss of oak. Dried fig and raisin drift into gentle sherry sweetness, while spice—cinnamon and clove—lingers, leaving a refined, velvety warmth that fades to soft vanilla and wood.
