Palate

Twice-matured and silky, the palate opens with rich sherried fruit—figs, raisins and a hint of plum—woven with toffee, caramel and vanilla. Subtle oak delivers spice notes of cinnamon and clove, along with almond and a touch of cocoa. Velvet smooth, balanced sweetness gives way to a warm, graceful finish with a whisper of smoke.

Finish

An elegant, long finish that lingers with toasted oak and gentle sherry-influenced sweetness. Dried fruit—raisin and fig—threads of cocoa and spice unfold, leaving a warm, velvety glow that fades to vanilla-dusted oak with a subtle peppery lift.
