WhistlePig's vision is to respect tradition and embrace progress. To create WhistlePig 15 they began with some of the oldest Rye whisky and innovate by finishing in sustainably harvested Vermont Estate Oak from the forests surrounding their farm.
Within theses barrels, a tight wood grain and custom toast/char profile deepen the rich flavours that define their premium aged Rye's. The result is a pure expression of Vermont's best - bold and assertive with an oaky finish.

Deep amber with a coppery glow and bronze undertones; a warm, sunlit hue that glows with honeyed radiance as light plays through the Vermont oak.
Nose
Richly oaked nose with Vermont estate oak at the fore; toasted, tight-grain wood backs caramelized sugar, vanilla, and baking spices. Rye registers as warm pepper and clove, brightened by citrus zest. A subtle hint of tobacco and smoke lingers beneath a bold, polished oak perfume.

Rye-forward and boldly supple, this pours with a Vermont oak-driven depth. Toasted, charred wood threads through a rich, layered palate, finishing long and assertive with lingering oak.
