Originally released in 2015, the 15 Year Old WhistlePig Rye is a 100% Rye whiskey finished in Vermont oak casks from trees grown on the farm. The tight grain and heavy char produce a nuanced flavour and rich sweetness that compliments the natural spice of well aged rye. The result is rich, complex, and velvety smooth with an abundance of sweet oak spice, menthol, and lush citrus notes.
