Although the distillery in undisclosed, we can confirm that it begins with the letter M, and would be a favourite of Mr Bond.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with a coppery shine and mahogany edges, a glossy wine-bronze glow.
Nose
Dark, opulent nose with sun-warmed raisins and cherry‑soaked prunes; cocoa and toasted almonds mingle with velvet sherry, lifting through dusky oak. Orange zest, fig and vanilla thread in smoothly, while cinnamon and clove spice lend warmth. A whisper of leather and polished oak adds quiet luxury to the aroma.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate rich with dark dried fruits—raisins and plum—folded in a sherried sweetness. Orange zest, toffee and cocoa nibs emerge, while spices—cinnamon, clove, nutmeg—thread through the mid-palate. Luxuriously velvety with oak etching, it finishes long, warming and bittersweet.
Finish
Long and refined, the finish unfolds with sherry overtones of dried fig and raisin, followed by dark chocolate, toffee, and spice. Velvety oak tannins linger, fading into a warm, persistent glow that invites the next sip.
