Silky and lightly full, this triple-distilled Irish malt delivers orchard fruit, honey and vanilla on the palate, edged with toasted malt. A whisper of spice—ginger and white pepper—keeps sweetness in check, while delicate oak lends structure. The finish is clean, buoyant, and long, with a gentle malt warmth lingering.
