Tasting Notes

Nose

Ripe orchard fruits mingle with polished oak and honeyed malt. Dried apricot and fig rise, edged by almond, vanilla and soft toffee. A veil of warm spice—nutmeg and a hint of clove—drifts with citrus zest, while a whisper of coastal caramel lingers. Elegant, warm and refined, it speaks of age and Irish coastal finesse.

Palate

Silky and full-bodied, the palate opens with orchard fruits—apple and pear—brightened by orange zest and apricot. Vanilla, honey, and toasted almond weave with creamy oak and a subtle spice. Rich yet elegant, the 46% ABV carries a long, warming finish of ginger, nutmeg, and a gentle nutty sweetness.
