A 5cl version of the Sauternes finished Tullibardine. A wonderful, rich whisky that has been matured in first-fill ex-Bourbon Barrels, and finished in 225 litre Sauternes Casks. This beautifully golden Tullibardine has hints of citrusy lime on the nose and hints of vanilla and oatmeal. On the palate, there is a touch of tropical pineapple and zingy orange zest. Our 225 finishes with a creamy edge.

Bright citrusy lime on the nose, paired with vanilla sweetness and a whisper of oatmeal. Creamy, golden aromas hint at tropical depth to come.

Palate

Tropical pineapple and zingy orange zest shape the palate, bringing bright fruit notes with a creamy edge that lingers into the finish.

Finish

Silky, creamy finish with a gentle oak glow. Zesty citrus peel and tropical pineapple linger, lifted by vanilla sweetness that softens into a refined, wine-kissed sweetness from the Sauternes cask, leaving a warm, lasting impression that remains smooth and elegant.

Tullibardine
(tully-BAR-din) Tullibardine was founded in 1949 by distillery designer William Delmé-Evans in Blackford, on a site with a much longer brewing history that stretches back to 1488, when King James IV is recorded as having bought beer there. It was the first distillery built in Scotland since 1900, later passed through the hands of Brodie Hepburn and Invergordon, and then fell silent between 1993 and 2003 before returning to production under new ownership.
