Colour
Rich, deep amber with a copper-gold glow and mahogany undertones.
Nose
Dried cherry and raisin rise with fig and almond, a drizzle of caramel. Sherry influence lends warm spice—cinnamon and clove—over polished oak, with hints of cocoa and citrus zest.
Palate
Plush sherried fruit dominates: ripe plum, fig and raisin mingle with orange zest, dark chocolate and toasted almond. Spices—cinnamon and clove—spark through the mid-palate, supported by velvety vanilla and gentle oak. Rich, mouth-coating and elegant, it leads to a long finish of dried fruit and spice.
Finish
Long, sherry-kissed finish with rich dried fruit, fig and raisin, cocoa and orange zest. A gentle spice and toasted oak linger, leaving a warm, sophisticated ember on the palate.
