Out of stock
In October 2009 just 470 of these were, using recycled glass and paper, bottled by hand as a gift from the people of Scotland and only given to world leaders to help with the negotiations for the international climate change deal. This was taken from their website - This unique blended Scotch whisky has been created especially to mark this momentous occasion. It is a wonderful blend of old malt and grain whiskies aged in oak casks for more than 19 years. The bottle is made in Scotland from glass containing 92% post consumer recyclate. The label was printed in Scotland on paper formed from 100% recycled material. The cork stopped came from Portugal, and is made entirely from sustainable and renewable resources.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber-gold with a coppery glow and a hint of mahogany at the edges.
Nose
Opulent nose of dried fig and plum, lightly brushed with sherry. Rich oak and cocoa weave with orange zest, cinnamon, and toasted almond, while a whisper of leather and tobacco adds depth. A refined, ceremonial warmth that hints at decades of maturation and the quiet gravity of a world-leaders’ gift.
Palate
Silky, multi-layered palate with dark fruit and refined oak. Fig and raisin meld with toffee, vanilla and citrus zest, while cinnamon and clove spice threads through the mid-palate. A delicate sherry-tinged sweetness coats the tongue, supported by polished oak and hints of almond and leather. Long, warm finish with dignified depth.
Finish
An elegant, enduring finish of polished oak and orchard fruit, slowly yielding to dark spice, cocoa and a whisper of leather. The warmth lingers, balancing subtle sweetness with refined malt, leaving a mellow, architectural afterglow that echoes its 19-year maturity.
