The fourth release in the Harmony Collection has been created in collaboration with Cirque du Soleil to tell our oak story in an imaginative, visual and innovative way.
The whisky, a travel exclusive created by The Macallan Whisky Mastery Team, is matured in a combination of first fill sherry seasoned European oak casks and refill sherry casks.
These have been carefully selected to deliver the classic European oak flavours of dried fruits and sweet spices, naturally derived from the cask during maturation, with a long and rich oak finish.

Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery and mahogany undertones
Nose
A rich bouquet of dried fruits—dates, figs and raisins—mingles with orange peel, dark chocolate and a kiss of warming nutmeg.
Palate
On the palate, sticky ginger syrup sweetness carries a bright burst of orange, unfolding into opulent glazed dates, cherries and plump sultanas. Rich oak and warming sweet spices weave through to a luxurious, lingering finish.
Finish
An expansive, long finish where seasoned European oak grounds the palate as star anise threads through the spice. Rich and velvety, it lingers with resinous warmth, leaving a refined, lasting impression of wood-driven sweetness and spice.
