A full bodied palate of mature oak, ginger and raisin flavours is complimented by a light mahogany natural colour.

Nose

Palate
Deep, velvety and robust, the palate opens with mature oak and a warming kiss of ginger, followed by raisin sweetness. Sherry-cask richness coats the tongue with dark fruit, fig and cocoa, balanced by a refined oak structure. The finish is long and elegant, with spice lingering and a final note of mahogany.

A long, warm finish of ginger spice and dried raisin, carried by mature oak. Sherry notes linger, leaving a velvety, mahogany-toned warmth that softly fades into elegant spice.
