The English Smokey is aged to perfection in specially selected casks. This peated (45ppm) Single Malt is an ideal alternative for the Islay fan; a gentle aroma with hints of vanilla, aniseed & ginger, a creamy palate, a little peat initially and then the smoke bomb! Finish is long, spicy and smokey.

Nose

A gentle, inviting nose of vanilla sweetness, with hints of aniseed and ginger. A soft peat opens, yielding a delicate curling smoke that lingers, hinting at the smoky depth to follow.

Palate

Creamy and silky, with vanilla, aniseed and ginger weaving through the palate. A gentle peat at first sits beneath, then unfolds into a powerful plume of smoke, delivering a long, spicy finish.

A long, spicy finish that lingers with bold, smoky warmth.
