Ripe orchard fruit and honeyed malt open the nose, wrapped in vanilla and blond oak. A gentle sherry lift brings dried fig and plum, with almond, a hint of cocoa, and a whisper of orange zest.
Palate
Silky, creamy malt delivers honeyed orchard fruit—apple and pear—with vanilla and light almond. Subtle spice from soft oak and a whisper of cocoa mingle with toasted barley. A gentle sherry lift lingers alongside citrus zest and warm malt on a refined, lingering finish.
Finish
Long, luxurious finish with rich sherry sweetness—fig and raisin, cocoa and toffee—woven through polished oak. Subtle spice lingers, cinnamon and nutmeg, as a warm, velvety fade carries a hint of orange zest.
