Nose

Palate

On the palate it arrives as a torrent of peat smoke—salty, medicinal and mineral—driving through a glossy, oily mouthfeel. Layers of tar, ash and iodine mingle with sherry-cask vanilla and a touch of dark fruit, then citrus zest and black pepper surface mid-palate. The finish is long, relentlessly smoky, with a warming, peppery bite that lingers.
