Rathfinny Blanc de Noirs is a rich and expressive English sparkling wine, made exclusively from Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier grown on the estate’s south-facing slopes in Sussex. Aged for a minimum of 36 months on its lees, it offers layers of vibrant red fruits, subtle spice and a rounded depth that makes it both opulent and gastronomic.
