Rathfinny Rosé Brut is an elegant English sparkling wine crafted from estate-grown Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Meunier in Sussex. With its vivid coral hue, it reveals expressive layers of cranberry, cherry blossom and red apple, lifted by juicy pink grapefruit and delicate brioche. A fine balance of lively acidity and silky texture leads to a refreshing, lingering finish. A beautifully expressive rosé that reflects the chalky soils and cool climate of the South Downs.
