From Chapel Down’s exquisite Kit's Coty collection, Coeur de Cuvée 2016 is its finest expression of sparkling 100% Chardonnay. Sourced from the 100-acre Kit's Coty vineyard on the North Downs of Kent, the wine is made from the very best parcels of hand-harvested fruit.
Kit’s Coty Coeur de Cuvée is made using the ‘heart of the first pressing’ of Chardonnay grapes to extract the finest juice. It is then matured in French oak to create this exceptionally rich and elegant sparkling wine.
A rich yet elegant sparkling wine with aromas of apple and shortbread. The palate has incredible purity from the chalk soils and finesse, carrying the well-integrated oak and fruit characters perfectly.
Ideal as an aperitif or enjoyed with shellfish.
