An exceptional Canadian Whiskey imported and aged for 30 years creating a complex, dynamic whisky with worldly characteristics.

Finished in Pineau Des Charentes casks, a delicate regional aperitif of western France, which has recently exploded on the high-end cocktail scene. The complex whiskey with layers of flavors and history is perfectly rounded with the delicate finish of fresh grapes and eau-de-vie from Maritime France.

Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with copper-gold highlights and a warm mahogany glow.

Nose

Delicately sweet on the nose, vanilla bean and golden raisin mingle with hints of dandelion, while honeycomb and bee pollen lend a warm, honeyed lift.

Palate

Browned butter and sugar lead the palate, counterpointed by serrano heat and smoky beachwood. Creamy notes of young coconut mingle with hints of anise, Colombian walnut and gentian root, delivering herbal warmth and a lingering finish.

Finish

Banana peel sweetness lingers, joined by mellow Martinique rhum and ripe plantains, delivering a warm, tropical finish that softly coats the palate.
