Tasting Notes

Colour

Deep amber with honey-gold highlights and coppery shimmer, a warm, sun-lit glow.

Nose

Satsumas and palm violets surge to the fore, with nutmeg and cedar providing spice, while sugary ladyfinger biscuits and Ovaltine lend a comforting, malted sweetness.

Palate

Toasty malt, walnuts and raisins, with wood spice and honey, create a warm, textured palate that lingers with gentle sweetness and spice.

Finish

Orange zest sparks the finish with a crisp citrus lift, followed by peppery warmth, then dark chocolate coffee bean notes, and a lingering ribbon of black treacle.
