A warm, inviting nose of vanilla bean and creamy toffee, with subtle oak from virgin barrels and sherry cask sweetness. Dried plum and fig mingle with orange zest and a whisper of almond, while gentle cinnamon spice threads through, hinting at a polished, dessert-ready character.

Palate

Toffee popcorn paired with raspberry Pavlova with plenty of buttercream topped with ginger cake, vanilla and cinnamon.

Finish

Long, warming and refined. Toffee and vanilla from virgin oak mingle with Sherry’s fruit sweetness, while ginger and cinnamon pepper the tail. A creamy, caramelized sweetness lingers, fading to a polished, oak-kissed finish.
