Tasting Notes

Colour

Mead-like honey-gold with a pale amber glow.

Nose

Fresh barley, citrus and biscuity malt mingle with subtle herbal and spice notes.

Palate

Waxy citrus meets biscuit dough and herbal barley, a clean body with peppery oak, a touch of ground ginger, melon and vermouth-like notes that shimmer into a crisp, fragrant finish.

Finish

A crisp, peppery finish with white pepper and grassy barley, lifted by ginger spice, fading into subtle notes of wine gums and biscuit dough.
