Tasting Notes

Colour

Mead-like golden honey with a warm amber glow.

Nose

Fresh barley and citrus unfold on the nose, with biscuity malt and a touch of herbal spice.

Palate

Waxy citrus and biscuit dough unfold on the palate, merging herbal barley with a clean, grainy body, then peppery oak, warm ginger, and whispers of melon and vermouth-like notes.

Finish

A brisk, peppery finish of white pepper and ginger spice, carried by grassy barley, with a lingering echo of wine gums and biscuit dough that remains on the palate.
