Tasting Notes

Colour

Golden amber with honeyed copper highlights and a warm, sunlit glow.

Nose

Delicate orchard fruit—green apples and pears—balance with silky vanilla and a touch of honey. A whisper of malt and lightly toasted oak adds subtle warmth, while faint floral and spice hints mingle, giving a fresh, creamy Irish glow that promises smooth, approachable depth.

Palate

Silky and lightly coating, this Paddy opens with sweet vanilla and honeyed cereals, then orchard notes of pear and apple drift in with a citrus lift. Gentle spice—clove and white pepper—unfolds against creamy barley, a kiss of oak lending warmth. Clean, well-balanced, and quietly lingering on the finish.

Finish

Long and refined, the finish carries creamy vanilla and gentle orchard fruit, fading with a delicate spice and a warm, clean oak echo that lingers softly on the palate.
