Deep amber with coppery-bronze edges and radiant honey-gold highlights.

Nose

Opulent vanilla and caramel ride atop toasted oak, unfolding into dark fruit and cocoa. Subtle rye spice, nutmeg and tobacco weave through, with whispers of leather and toasted almond, finishing in a refined, silky sweetness.

Palate

Silky, full-bodied and subtly sweet, with caramel and vanilla at the core, balanced by toasted oak. Notes of toffee, dried fruit, and a whisper of cocoa mingle with a poised rye spice. Long, warm finish with vanilla, oak and spice lingering.

Finish

A long, refined finish that lingers with creamy vanilla and caramel, layered over toasted oak and soft spice. Dried fruit notes appear and fade into a warm, chocolatey echo, leaving a polished sweetness and an elegant, lasting glow.

Fitzgerald and later became one of the most important labels connected to Julian "Pappy" Van Winkle and the famous Stitzel-Weller Distillery in Louisville.
