Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep copper-amber with a warm honey-gold glow.
Nose
Opulent vanilla and brown sugar rise with cream-soft caramel, touched by honey and maple. The nose reveals toasted oak, almond paste, and ripe orchard fruit—pears and dried apricots—while warm spices (cinnamon, nutmeg, clove) thread through, finishing with a whisper of tobacco and leather.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate of honeyed vanilla, brown sugar and caramel, wrapped in creamy toffee. Subtle maple sweetness joins soft baking spices—cinnamon and nutmeg—with polished oak for depth. Lush texture and a long, warm finish, with a touch of citrus zest lingering.
Finish
Silky and persistent, the finish unfolds with warm caramel and vanilla cream, carried by toasted oak and a whisper of spice. Honeyed sweetness lingers, evolving into a velvety, oak-driven fade with touches of cacao and dried fruit, leaving a refined, lasting warmth.
