Colour
Deep amber-gold with mahogany undertones and a coppery, sunlit glow.
Nose
Sherry-kissed, it opens with dark fruit compote—figs, raisins and plum—softened by toffee, vanilla and cocoa. Nutty oak frames the profile, with subtle spice and a whisper of maritime air, yielding a refined, velvety aroma that hints at the elegance to come.
Palate
Silken on the palate, it glides through pear and melon fruit with a gentle toffee sweetness and a whisper of hazelnut. Warm spice—cinnamon and nutmeg—laces subtle oak and a touch of dried fruit, finishing elegant, balanced and softly persistent.
Finish
Silky, long finish with sherry sweetness at the fore. Dried fig and raisin mingle with cocoa, toasted almond and a whisper of spice, while soft oak oils the palate. The warmth lingers, evolving into a refined, resinous whisper of malt and leather as the echo fades.
