Creamy vanilla and caramel open the palate, then a lively rye-driven spice—pepper, cinnamon and a hint of clove—strokes across the tongue. Beneath, toasted corn sweetness, maple and oak steady the frame, delivering warmth and depth. Smooth, medium- to full-bodied with a luxurious mouthfeel and a long, gently spiced finish.
Finish
Long, warming finish with rye-spice that lingers, releasing vanilla, caramel and toasted oak. Subtle citrus zest and a gentle peppery bite persist, tapering to a refined, dry finale shaped by the English oak.
