An 11 Year Old, Single Cask, Single Malt Whisky from the Speyside Miltonduff distillery bottled at cask strength of 59.7% and one of just 646 bottles.
Rich aromas of cinnamon, coffee beans, treacle and juicy plums continue onto the palate with additional notes of chocolate and sherry trifle. The finish is rich and lingering with a touch of spice.
The Alistair Walker Whisky Company was founded in 2018 and specialises in bottling Single Cask releases of Scotch Single Malt and Single Grain whiskies. The inaugural release of their flagship brand "Infrequent Flyers" was released in July 2019, with the focus being on lesser known distilleries that are of excellent quality, but have never been widely or consistently available. All small batch releases that are bottles at cask strength, with natural colour, and un-chill filtered.

Luxuriously deep amber with mahogany depths and coppery gloss, a warm caramel-bronze hue that hints at its PX sherry influence.
Nose
Rich aromas of cinnamon, coffee beans, treacle and juicy plums rise from the glass, inviting a warm, indulgent nose.
Palate
On the palate, warm cinnamon and roasted coffee beans meet treacle and juicy plum, with silkier chocolate and sherry trifle notes carried by the Pedro Ximenez cask. The richness coats the tongue, revealing a full-bodied, indulgent profile that finishes long, with spice and lingering warmth.
Finish
Long and decadent finish, richly spiced with cinnamon and clove, unfolding treacle and dark plum, with a final kiss of chocolate and sherry that lingers warmly on the palate.
