Juicy peach and pineapple rise with tropical brightness, while rich sherry lingers in the background. Subtle echoes of rum‑soaked raisin add sweet warmth, lending indulgence, depth, and an aged, elegant poise.

Palate

Silky and fruit-forward, the palate mirrors the nose with peach and pineapple giving way to generous dried-fruit depth. Sherry cask influence yields raisin and fig, enrobed in creamy oak and a touch of spice. Plush yet balanced, it coats the mouth and finishes long with warm, nutty notes.

Finish

Long, elegant finish with sherry-laced sweetness lingering into a warm, silky fade. Peach and pineapple reappear alongside raisins, as toasted oak and soft spice weave a refined, honeyed afterglow that persists with graceful warmth.
