Colour

Gleaming deep amber with copper-bronze highlights and a warm honey-gold core.

Nose

Rich sherry sweetness lifts dark fruits, raisins, fig and cherry, woven with toffee, vanilla and toasted oak. Spices of cinnamon and clove mingle with cocoa notes, while a bold, warm spirit gives a gentle, lingering finish.

Palate

Opulent sherried sweetness coats the palate with dark fruit—prune, fig and raisin—layered over cocoa, toffee and a touch of orange zest. Rich spice and toasted oak unfold at a bold 57% ABV, delivering a warm, persistent finish threaded with pepper and a subtle smoky edge.

Finish

Long, warming finish with sherry-influenced dark fruit, cocoa and toasted oak. Spices—cinnamon and clove—linger, then fade to vanilla and subtle caramel, leaving a refined, persistent warmth.
