Tasting Notes
Colour
Sunlit golden amber with a warm honey glow and a delicate copper shimmer.
Nose
Fresh orchard fruit and citrus zest rise on the nose, with green apple and pear brightened by vanilla. Sherry-cask notes add raisin, fig and a touch of cocoa, while almond, honey and a whisper of spice drift over toasted oak. Light, inviting Highland character with gentle sweetness.
Palate
Bright and fruity on the palate, with crisp apple and citrus notes, supported by creamy vanilla and gentle malt. Subtle spice—white pepper and ginger—appears against a soft oak backbone. The finish is light and honeyed, with a faint warmth lingering.
Finish
Medium-length finish of sherry-kissed sweetness, with dried fruits, orange peel, and almonds lingering beside warm oak and subtle spice, fading to a soft cocoa echo.
