Palate

Robust peat and medicinal smoke form the backbone, brightened by sherry-dark fruit—figs, raisins, dark cherry. Rich vanilla and cocoa layer through, with clove and cinnamon spice lending lift. Full, oil-rich mouthfeel; warming, slightly saline. Long, smoky finish with ash and a hint of sweetness.

Finish

Long, smoky finish with bold peat and coastal warmth. Sherried sweetness surfaces as dried cherry, cocoa and spice unfold, fading into toasted oak and a comforting ember glow.
