Peat smoke and coastal brine lead the aroma, with medicinal iodine and ash. Sherry influence unveils dried fig and prune, cocoa and orange zest, threaded with warm spice and a gentle hint of leather.
Palate
Peat and maritime brine envelop the palate, a bold, smoky backbone that stays bright with citrus zest. Rich sherry sweetness cloaks dark fig and cocoa, while toasted spice warms the middle. The finish is long and drying, with lingering smoke, ash and a subtle saltiness.
Finish
Long, maritime peat lingers into a smoky, sherried finish, with dried fruit, cocoa, and spice—the sea-salted smoke slowly fading to a warm, lasting glow.
