Soft peat and maritime brine envelop the palate, with a gentle sweetness from sherry-led maturation. Dark fruits, cocoa, and toasted almond unfold, framed by notes of spice and oak. The finish is long and warming, echoing peat smoke, salt air, and a hint of lingering sherry sweetness.
