This Mauritian agricole rum is distilled from fresh sugar cane juice and aged for five years in Cognac casks. Tropical fruits, vanilla and sweet spice lead into caramelised cane, nutmeg, pepper and a hint of bitter orange. Presented in a striking dodo-shaped ceramic bottle, it is both distinctive and richly flavoured.
