Colour

An opulent sherried bouquet of dried plum, fig and raisin, with orange peel and toffee. Nutty almond, cinnamon and a touch of cocoa mingle with softly waxy, polished oak—fragrant, indulgent and inviting before the first sip.

Palate

Silky and medium-bodied, this coats the palate with sherry-influenced fruit: fig, raisin and orange zest. Dark chocolate, toasted almond and a whisper of spice unfold against vanilla and oak, tempered by a gentle warmth from the 43% ABV. A long, refined finish lingers with spice, toffee and leather.
