Kinahan's The Kasc Project B Irish Whiskey
Out of stock
This really is an unconventional Whiskey. The Kasc Project is essentially a riot of wood - the Whiskey is matured in a hybrid cask comprised of American Oak, French Oak, Portuguese Oak, Hungarian Oak and Chestnut.
The result is a Whiskey with a nose reminiscent of red plum, hint of pear, red apple and strong tropical fruits, Mediterranean caramel spice. On the palate there is vanilla, charred oak, notes of ripe mango with caramelised tropical fruits & chocolate caramel, lingering sundried raisin & fig. The finish lingers, notes of gentle nutmeg, orange, clove, floral sweet honeycomb & syrupy pineapple.
