Coastal Jura allure: sea-salt and mineral breeze mingle with honeyed orchard fruit and vanilla. Sherry influence whispers dried apricot and raisin, underscored by toasted oak and a trace of spice, finishing with a nutty, refined sweetness.
Palate
Silken and layered, this Jura greets the palate with orange zest and honeyed fruit, unfolding into raisin, fig and almond, a whisper of toffee. Sherried warmth deepens with cocoa-dusted spice, dried apricot and a mineral, maritime finish that lingers with saline sweetness.
Finish
Long, coastal finish with a honeyed warmth that lingers. Vanilla and toasted malt give way to a saline whisper, with almond and gentle spice fading to a refined, enduring warmth.
