A deep, sun-warmed amber gleams with coppery highlights and a touch of mahogany at the edge.
Nose
Luxurious sherried sweetness opens to dried plum, fig and a kiss of apricot, with dark chocolate and toasted almond adding depth. Velvet vanilla and oak spice weave with a whisper of sea breeze, citrus zest and a wisp of smoke—Jura’s coastal elegance in a refined, lingering aroma.
Palate
Silky, full-bodied palate delivering dark fruit richness—figs and dates—bound with treacle, toffee and chocolate. Sherry oak adds warm spice and a whisper of maritime salt, finishing long, balanced and luxuriously indulgent.
Finish
Long, warming finish with sherried richness. Dried fig and raisin unfold into cocoa, toasted almond and spice, while a delicate coastal breeze and polished oak linger, leaving a refined, lasting sweetness.
