Tasting Notes
Colour
Deep amber with coppery undertones and a mahogany sheen.
Nose
Opulent sherry aromas rise with dried fruit, raisin and fig, crowned by orange zest. Velvety oak and toffee weave through cocoa and spice, with a whisper of leather. A refined, mature sweetness lingers, inviting deeper exploration.
Palate
On the palate, velvet and measured richness unfolds, with dried-fruit sweetness—fig and raisin—woven into dark cocoa and caramel. Sherry-cask warmth deepens the core, while spiced oak, toasted almond and a touch of tobacco add sophistication. Silky vanilla threads through, leading to a long, refined finish with subtle tannin and lingering fruit.
Finish
Long, elegant finish with sherried fruit and toasted cacao. Dried fig and almond drift into warm spice, a whisper of oak, and a silky, lingering warmth that slowly fades into the palate's memory.
